How to stay healthy?

  • Have a healthy diet = eat a variety of food (Vegetables, fruit, beans, lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, seeds, nuts, whole grain foods, milk, yoghurt..etc)
  • Exercise regularly (± 30 mins a day)
  • Don’t smoke …or if you do, stop smoking!
  • Make sure you get enough sleep
  • Schedule a yearly check-up with your doctor
